The property is Fáilte Ireland's Welcome Standard approved and approved accommodation located within the catchment of the Wild Atlantic Way.

This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom 5-star property has been totally refurbished, landscaped ,5 new bathrooms were installed, and all brand new furniture throughout.
There is a gazebo in the garden for you to relax in. The luxury property can sleep up to 26 guests with a range of top-class amenities to choose from for all ages. The property includes a tennis table, football table,  trampoline, 52ft climbing frame, goal posts, mini golf and  a charcoal BBQ for you to enjoy.

The property is set on 1.4 acres of breathtaking river views, with a small private stream which runs through it to the side of the property, so bring your wellies as you can walk from the top to the bottom of this natural stream and the kids will love jumping around in it. Should you wish to branch out of this luxury escape for the day, Kinsale town is just a 7 minute car journey.

The property sleeps 16 as standard, we add extra beds after 16 guests are staying. 


A few rules 

•You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property.
•No Pets allowed.
•If it's a stag weekend please declare this before booking, as extra questions will be asked, failure to do so may mean you not being able to enter the property on arrival and you will not be refunded.
•We do accept hen weekends.

Only guests named on the booking are permitted to access or use the property and grounds. Day visitors are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Where agreed, day guests are charged at €50 per person per day.
