Secondly, there is a general lack of maintenance of curtains in their anchors and of blinds for daily use, and also mosquito nets. The pool cleaning service is good and the purifier works well. The purifier room needs cleaning.

Very clean and well maintained. Location takes a bit of getting used to due to the lack of visibility. But not a problem when the weather is nice.

The house is very well equipped and in perfect condition. With a baby who crawls without problems. There are stairs but with a baby gate and the plugs are safe.

Very nice villa in a quiet area and close to the center of Javea. Very nice swimming pool. A little extra would be to have a shaded parking space on the ground and not in the street. Perhaps provide new cushions for the pool deckchairs and a storage box for them to prevent them from getting dirty. A small negative point is that there are two vacuum cleaners in the villa but one does not work and the other does not have a handle so it is very annoying to maintain.

Too bad the description did not indicate that the air conditioning only concerned the living room. We spent 28 nights with a standing fan… A nonsense when you see the price paid for these 28 days!

Nothing to say, magnificent house! We had a great time with our 3 children.
