Overview

Location, Location,Location!!! Park Lane, the perfect spot to enjoy Dingle in style. A three bedroom, three bathroom house a minutes walk from Dingle harbour, it's in the middle of all the action but on a quiet residential street. This house has been restored to the highest standard with beautiful wooden shutters on the sash windows, contemporary furniture, a cool fitted booth in the classic kitchen, a wet room, a TV in every room and with a snug at the back of the house there is plenty of space for all the family to relax. The courtyard at the back is the perfect sun trap with a gas BBQ.

Bedrooms

There are two double bedrooms upstairs that are light and fresh with wardrobes, lamps, bedside lockers and shuttered sash windows that overlook Gray's Lane. The master bedroom is decorated in a warm grey tone with two large windows, its own ensuite, a kingsize bed, lovely antique furniture and a fantastic view of the park.

Bathrooms

Park Lane has three contemporary bathrooms. Downstairs there is a grey tiled wet room with wall mounted WC. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet tiled from floor to ceiling. The main bedroom has an ensuite also with a shower, toilet and sink.

Reading Room

The calming grey reading room at the back of the cottage is a great space for some quiet time with big comfy couch's and two large shuttered windows and a wall mounted TV with a separate satellite if you want to watch the match in peace.

Living Area

The main living area is structured by the luxurious corner couch which hugs the wood burning stove, with a dining table for 6 plus a fitted booth in the kitchen area there is plenty space for all. The newly fitted kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer, classic country kitchen units and a fitted double oven and microwave.

"A wonderful stay"
My family and I really enjoyed our week in Dingle at Park Lane! You really can’t beat this location as it is right in the center of all of the shops and restaurants (both up and down the hill). The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished and offers a lot of space to hang out and relax. The back patio was a big bonus and we really loved the wild blackberries growing on the side of the fence as a lovely addition to our breakfasts :). Street parking was convenient and generally no problem to find. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Luxury boutique home. 3 spacious bedrooms and beautifully styled living areas. Could not fault the place. Central location beside restraurents , bistros , pubs supermarkets. We were 2 adults , 3 & 6 year old perfect for our family with lots of space. All mod cons , wife , cable tv etc. We’ll be back

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in Dingle.. this property is way better than pictures and description… it is in the heart of Dingle town, surrounded of Pubs, Restaurants and many other things but still in a peaceful and quiet street, so the best of both worlds… My kids said to me “Dad, why don’t we move here??… And Dingle is Magic! We will come back here when possible.

"Everything was perfect"

We recently stayed at Park Lane in Dingle and loved it! It was conveniently located to the downtown shops and restaurants, but tucked back on a quiet street. It was clean and comfortable and the host was immediately accessible when questions arose. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and there are two separate living areas which can also be used as additional sleeping areas if needed. Everything was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The Place was not a disappointment, the pictures are true to what you get. Located 1 short block from shopping and pubs.You can walk any were in minuets. The place was clean and had no odors. If I go back I would definitely seek out Park lane again.

“Fabulous house in a very central location in Dingle. The house is beautifully decorated in harmonious creams, has oodles of mod-cons and ample facilities for a relaxing, chilled out stay. A one minute walk will take you to shops, pubs and the Harbour. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Thanks for a lovely holiday. We’ll be back!”

We loved this property- walking distance to all the shops and pier, quiet, and plenty of space for our family of 5!
