As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a large, open plan room with high vaulted ceilings and double sliding door which leads to your private veranda and gardens. The living area boasts a lovely squishy sofa, perfect to snuggle on in front of your electric wood burner, whilst watching a film on the smart television. There is also a smart speaker so you can bop along to your favourite tunes!

The rest of the extensive garden is the owners and may be used upon request. There is a large pond with resident geese and "Benny the Bengal Eagle Owl" is housed nearby
• Parking:  Private parking for 2 car
• Important: Please note, the property is within the grounds of the owners. We have a large wildlife pond in the rear of the garden, access via a small gate. Please note whilst we do accept children they must be supervised at all times due to deep water. There is signage at the gates.
