There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Off-road parking is available for one car. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Orchid Barn is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday.

The town hosts a Food and Drink festival every autumn, which attracts over 20,000 visitors and is part of the town's reputation. Located in the countryside, with short walks to the local pub and shop.
