This reverse level accommodation boasts three bedrooms; a ground floor super king-size double with en-suite shower room, a ground floor twin (zip/link can be double on request) and another twin (zip/link can be double on request), sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area, while outside is a balcony with furniture and off-road parking for one car. 7 Bolowthas Court offers a fabulous position for a fun-filled break in Newquay.

Area
Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre. The town, with its zoo, Sea Life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, promises a holiday to remember. The South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a coastline, Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro offers its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Polite notice as the apartment block is made up of both holiday lets and residential flats, can we please ask guests to be mindful of noise levels during their stay and to be respectful of other residents.
