If you’ve dreamed of staying in a cabin by the sea, then this serene home in the heart of Cambria might be the one you’ve been waiting for. A soothing palette of green and grey tones comes together with concrete floors, exposed redwood beams and rustic furniture to create a quirky studio space – we particularly love the industrial-inspired bathroom, with its walk-in concrete shower, big enough for two. Slide open the full-height glass doors and step out into the yard, where you'll be able to breathe in the sea air as you sip your morning coffee and make plans to explore. You won't have any trouble finding places to visit – this home has direct access to over 400 acres of walking trails on the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve (don't forget your binoculars for whale watching), as well as several local wineries within less than a ten-minute drive – head further afield to Pianetta Winery (forty minutes away) and name drop your host for a free tasting. Or if you'd prefer to hit the beach, it'll take just seven minutes to get from your door to the shore on foot – the sunsets here are incredible.
