Behind the front door of this Oakwood Manor home is a very gracious and luxurious space, offering a unique base for enjoying both the hustle and bustle of Kenmare town and the sightseeing options within strolling distance. The home has four bedrooms (2 Master) each with en-suite bathroom.

Inside the doors is an elegant foyer with a natural stone floor and a pure wool carpeted staircase to take you up to the bedrooms. Beyond the stairs is a guest bathroom and to the left is the entrance to the open plan kitchen/dining & living room areas of the home.

The living room is furnished in shades of sage and cream with comfy cream linen sofas centering on the rooms fireplace inviting warmth which, along with floor to ceiling drapes, exquisite hand carved mirror and wide plank oak floors is an ideal place for guests to relax and read a book or plan the next day's tour. The room is equipped with a wall mounted high definition TV and built surround sound stereo system.

To the right of the foyer is the very spacious and luxurious pure wool carpeted sitting room. The dove grey Osborne & Little linen wall covering and the cream natural stone & granite fireplace make for a truly relaxing setting. French doors take you through to the bright sunroom, it's elegant oak bookcase adorned with a selection of leisure items, walk through a set of glass doors, and you're in the garden.

All four bedrooms are located on the first floor which enjoys high ceilings and wall-to-wall plush carpet, all beds are dressed in pure cotton bed linen. At the top of the elegant staircase and to your left is the biscuit Osborne & Little linen wall covered Master bedroom with views to the front of the house.

A relaxing soak in the roll-top freestanding bath or a refreshing raindrop shower followed by a rest in the 5' Chateau bed, is the perfect way to start your vacation. An oak furnished dressing room is there to store your clothes neatly away.

The 4th double bedroom decorated in shades of mushroom and cream, is next along the landing. A magnificent cream 5' Fayance bed will provide you with a truly comfortable nights sleep. The mushroom stone tiled bathroom with it's corner shower suite is en-suite to the bedroom. This bedroom enjoys views to the front of the house, the rear garden and the rolling greens of the golf course.

Next along the landing is the 3rd double bedroom graced in hues of biscotti and soft white. The linen covered sleigh bed offers an oasis of opulence. The cream marble tiled en-suite bathroom with it's raindrop shower suite ensures a refreshing start to the day. Views of the garden and the golf course are enjoyed from this room.

The 2nd bedroom, a twin bedded room is at the front of the house and is embellished in a marble effect wall covering in shades of taupe and cream. A cream stone tiled bathroom with a corner raindrop shower suite is en-suite to this room.

Budding chefs can prepare sumptuous meals in the luxurious David Kiely handmade fully fitted kitchen, complete with a Siemens 5' Aga style range, built in Siemens stainless steel microwave & coffee station. The dining area sits between the living room and the kitchen and comfortably seats eight people at its large oak table, diners will enjoy lovely views of the garden.

Off the kitchen is a spacious washroom that is fitted with a washing machine and dryer. Walk through a set of French doors from the dining area to the spacious furnished patio area and garden, complete with a built in fireplace to keep you nice and warm on cooler evenings. Guests will enjoy the panoramic views of the rolling greens of the Kenmare Golf course from the patio.
