Set in the heart of Leinster's golf and equestrian region, this substantial residence is positioned on circa 12 acres of wooded grounds with extensive landscaped gardens - offering a sanctuary of seclusion within 30-minutes of Dublin city centre and other popular attractions.

Clients will appreciate this privileged location with Spar shop, Irish pub, restaurant, coffee shop and artisan chocolate centre all within walking distance. Public transport is on your doorstep with a regular bus service (every 20 minutes) to Dublin city. The beaches at Malahide and Portmarnock, as well as a choice of championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. Given the superb setting and manicured lawns, the location is suitable for small weddings or bridal and hen parties.

Accommodation
The spacious, modern kitchen is available for use by all guests. The kitchen opens out onto a generous patio with a gas BBQ - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or smoothies over breakfast. Anne and Tom can happily cook you up a big dinner or show up in the morning and whip up a full Irish breakfast - just let them know your tastes. Upon request, the large fridge freezer and bar can be pre-stocked with food and drink for your arrival.

All five bedrooms are en-suite. A wide variety of groups can be catered for; the beds accommodate 13, with additional sofa beds available as needed.
