On the ground floor, there is 1 further king size with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and WC, and 1 twin with en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Stepping outside from the kitchen, you will find a private 'hideaway' covered patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, being a very unique space to enjoy year round for celebrations, with steps leading down to your own exclusive hot tub. To the front of the property, you will also have access to large shared courtyard with fountain and raised lawns on the edge of this ready to explore and access to the large shared grounds with expansive spaces, water feature and raised lawned area ideal for picnics and walks. Situated in a particularly scenic area of Mid Wales on the banks of the River Bechan and with views of St Beauno's Church on one side and two ornamental lakes on the other, you will be well placed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The ancient market towns of Welshpool and Ludlow are nearby and offer a selection of shops, restaurants, a theatre, cinema and leisure centre. Powys Castle and Gardens and Montgomery Canal are only 9 miles away and the Snowdonia National Park and coast are all within an hour s drive. Other attractions within easy reach include the West Midlands Shooting Ground, Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway, Chirk Castle and Gregynog Hall.
