Set atop a hill overlooking the glittering Ionian Sea, this low-slung, laidback villa is deliberately simple and immediately soothing. Inside, it’s bright white and pale blue with huge glass doors framing the endless seascape. Both bedrooms spill out onto the suntrap terrace where slow mornings begin with fresh fruit and Greek coffee. Settle into a deckchair with an ice-cold drink or lie back and relax on a comfortable lounger. When the temperature begins to rise, slink into the infinity pool and float about in the cool water.

In the afternoon, explore Greece’s stunning coastline. You’re a ten-minute drive from Megali Ammos Beach and forty minutes from the pine-clad seaside town of Parga. After dinner in a traditional taverna, head home to pour yourself a glass of wine and watch the sun dip into the navy ocean.
