Hosting ten bedrooms including a three super-king-size with TVs, sofa beds and en-suite shower rooms, a super-king-size with a zip/link feature, two super-king-size, two king-size, a family room with four singles and a family room with a king-size and a single, along with two cloakrooms and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to 29 guests. There is also a kitchen, a dining room, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a snug with a woodburning stove, a games room and a cinema room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a large garden with a lawn, a patio, furniture, a hot tub, a sauna, and a summer house. MAIN HOUSE - Bedroom 1 - 1 x super king with sofa bed, en suite freestanding bath, 2 x basins, WC and steam room shower with TV. Bedroom 2 - 1 x -king size bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 x super-king-size and sofa bed, with en suite 2x basins, shower, jacuzzi bath and WC. Family bathroom - Shower, basin, WC. Bedroom 4 - 1 x king size. Bedroom 5 - 1 x king size. 1 x WC and basin separate. Bedroom 6 - 1 x king size bed. Small separate shower, WC, basin separate. Ground-floor cloakroom. GF Shower WC and basin with handy with hot tub. Kitchen, Utility,Dining room,Sitting room with wood-burning stove. Snug with wood-burning stove, Games room, Cinema room. The TV in the main lounge is perfectly fine for connecting firesticks, karaoke systems etc to, however this cannot be done with the large tv in the cinema room. COACH HOUSE - First floor - Bedroom 1 - 1 x-king and sofa bed with en suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 - 1 x king size bed. Family bathroom with bath shower over, WC & basin. Ground floor Bedroom 3 - 4 x single beds and one pullout bed with en suite shower, basin and WC. Separate WC and basin on the ground floor. Bedroom 4 - 1 x king size bed (zip link can be twin on request) with sofa bed with wet room shower, basin and WC (This room is accessible for those with limited mobility). Area
The charming town of Foulridge rests in the Pendle District of Lancashire and provides good links to the Yorkshire Dales and city of Burnley. Steeped in history, the village hosts a handful of historic sites such as The Old Tailor's Cross and the famous Foulridge Mile Tunnel which is very popular with canoeists for its prominent position as the longest tunnel open to canoeists in the UK. The Yorkshire Dales National Park offers plenty of walking and cycling opportunities, and the city of Burnley provides plenty of pubs and eateries, both within easy reach by car.
