Step inside, and you'll find a gorgeous living area filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings – it's the ideal spot to flop down and hide from the heat. However, we think you'll want to spend most of your time admiring the sea views from the fabulous outdoor space. Stroll through the gardens, stretch out on a lounger or make a splash in the swimming pool. And, when evening rolls around, you can fire up the barbecue and serve up a freshly grilled feast on the patio as the sun goes down.

The surrounding area is quiet and tranquil, with direct access down to the water's edge. If you want to visit a beach with more facilities, then Petrothalassa Beach is just three kilometres away – it's great for snorkelling and you can even rent a boat. The resort town of Porto Cheli is also three kilometres away, where you'll find restaurants serving local seafood, chic bars and a gorgeous marina.
