Booking terms:
A non-refundable security deposit of €200 per night booked is required for bookings. 
Payment must be made in full 8 weeks before first night. 
Sept - May: Min 3 night stay, €1425/night
June, July & August and over bank holiday weekends and Christmas week: Min 5 night stay, €1675/night
The house rental cost covers 8 hours of cleaning and laundry. A fully refundable cleaning fee of €500 is required to cover any excess cleaning required.
