FRIENDLY SERVICE, LOVELY ROOM! I took my other half for their birthday and we booked the 'Titanic Package' which included a meal on the evening of our stay, the room, breakfast in the morning & our museum tickets. Such brilliant value, the meal was served by attentive staff and tasted delicious, the room was beautiful, with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath, they had up-graded us, due to the occasion. There was an option to have breakfast in our room, which was great! I would totally recommend this package and this hotel!

"Excellent hotel" Stayed there as part of a bowling group. Rooms are lovely - but they love their heat - had to leave the windows open at night just to keep it down. Great shower and beds very comfortable. Only had breakfast in it - not dinner. First morning was cooked fresh and was lovely but slow. Second morning was buffet and was cold. Staff were friendly and efficient. They close the bar early if there is less than ten people in it - despite knowing that there was a large group out for food and coming back. Meant we had to sit in the lobby and get table service from about 11pm - not the cleverest option. That said the service in the lobby was great. Location is walking distance from some fine restaurants and bars Overall a lovely hotel and recommended.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND I have just arrived home after a work day at the hotel and a meal this evening provided by work. I have to say the food was outstanding, the presentation, taste and the amount of food. The steak was so tender and the toffee pudding was to die for. Would really recommend a visit I certainly will be returning.

"Location" This hotel is a perfect location for visiting Belfast. It is in a quiet tree lined avenue accessible by bus 8b from outside hotel Europa. It is also perfect for the Hop on/Hop off at Stop 16. The hotel itself is clean & comfortable. The shower area was also very clean and well fitted. There was a good choice for breakfast the only item missing was home made brown bread. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it for visiting Belfast.
