We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Tipperary Lodge. We really enjoyed the fresh soup, brown bread and yummy pavlova upon arrival! The hot tub was a huge attraction and. The swings and the back garden were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. We would love to come back again sometime.

An unforgettable Experience of Irish Hospitality
It was my first time to Ireland as well as the 5 others with me. The owners of the house, Michael and Christine, made it even more enjoyable. After flying all night, and being at the airport for two hours, then driving two hours, we were met with wonderful Irish hospitality. They welcomed us into their home with homemade soup, warm fresh bread, a carton of milk, and delicious dessert. They shared with us how to use each piece of the appliances, which was such a help. Being from the U.S., it could get very tricky. The house was wonderfully kept up, in excellent shape, and had plenty of room for the 6 of us in our party. Each room had its own bathroom which everyone loved. The bed rooms and bathrooms were wonderfully decorated and modern. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. If you want to do day trips to Dublin, Gal way, Cork, or the western coast, this house is perfect. It's in driving distance with all those locations. At the end of the day is was also great to come back home, and enjoy the hot tub!

Perfect holiday home
Both Michael and Christine were both lovely when we met with them with Micheal providing useful information about the house and places to visit and events that were happening in the local area. On our arrival they left us a welcome pack which was really welcomed and set us up for the rest of the holiday. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The hot tub and the play station 2 were appreciated by my two nephews and it made for a relaxing time. Although there was only 4 in our party, the way the house was set up it would be suitable for much larger parties

Return visitors
This was our second trip to The Luxury Tipperary Lodge with our family of 3 generations.
We all had a great holiday in 2016 with our grown up family & our grandchildren, so much so that our children requested a return visit this year. We have a large extended family in the area, so took the opportunity of having a bouncy castle for our 'get together' on the Sun. This was a tremendous success.
Southdene offers exceptional accommodation with everything you could imagine you may need being available.

Family get together in Tipperary
Stayed at Christine and Michael’s holiday home in Tipperary for a family reunion, (six adults), and had a fantastic time. Their home is fabulous and spacious, with everything you could need. Modern but cosy, all bedrooms a great size with ensuite bathrooms. Great patio area to be enjoyed, weather permitting, and an outdoor hot tub, our hosts even provided us with plastic champagne flutes so that we could enjoy a tipple amongst the bubbles!
Christine and Michael were wonderful hosts, without being intrusive. They had information about the area, and tips on places to visit.
I highly recommend the tea shop in Annacarty for a fabulous breakfast that really sets you up for the day, delicious bread, we couldn’t get enough of it!
Also recommend The Venue (a bar) at the golf club next door to the house. Food was good and we enjoyed a great ceilidh night, with music and set dancing.
There were lots of leaflets in the house, so we were able to fill our days with activities and excursions. Ideally placed for visiting Cork and Kinsale, which are just over one hours easy drive away.
