Luxury Sea View Apartment: Kerry

Sea View Apartment is a luxury apartment in a superb setting looking out onto Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains. It is a spacious and beautifully designed apartment with wonderful attention to detail.

Nothing has been overlooked and your hosts are on hand should you need any advice on where to go or what to do locally. They have even provided a picnic basket so you can stroll down to nearby Coss Strand and savour the enviable seaside location.

Sea View Apartment is attached to the main house where your hosts live with their small family, however, you have full privacy while staying there. There is private parking to the side of the apartment and a separate entrance at the rear from the sun terrace into the main living space. Patio doors lead into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room.

This is a lovely room filled with light and offering wonderful views down the garden and to the sea beyond. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is a small dining table to seat four people. The sitting room area has both a three and a two-seater couch along with a TV and cosy electric fire. Wifi is provided free of charge to all guests.

There are two large and stylish bedrooms. Both bedrooms have large king beds which can be divided into two single beds depending on your preference. Each bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom - one with a bath and overhead shower and the other with a stand-alone shower.

All bed linen and towels will be provided and there is a TV in each bedroom. The patio doors lead outside to the private terrace with magnificent sea views. A wall separates it from the rest of the house for your privacy. Please note that this property is not suitable for very young children.

On arrival, guests are asked for a security deposit of 200 euro in cash which will be refunded to you on departure provided there are no breakages or damages to the property. Minimum stay 3 nights at off peak times, peak times of the year minimum stay 7 nights. Other times The host would be more than happy to help with any queries regarding the property/rate/area.

Best Accommodation in Ireland in Our Several Vacations There

Karen was the very best vacation rental owner offering the very best holiday apartment which we have ever encountered in Ireland or anywhere for that matter. We stayed at her gorgeous apartment for the last two weeks of the year and through New Years Day. We cannot over-emphasize both the high standard of accommodation as well as the efforts of Karen in being an exemplary host. From the moment we arrived, we were over the moon to find this wonderful holiday apartment. The apartment was immaculate, and we immediately felt utterly at home. In fact, the apartment is so lovely and comfortable that we never wanted to leave every morning and had to force ourselves to do so. There are a number of wonderful walks in the area, and the lovely town of Kenmare is a close drive away. We are so grateful we found Karen and her apartment and have already pre-booked another two-week period with her in the future. An example of how thoughtful and kind Karen is is that when I rang her from the airport shortly after we landed in Shannon, I told her that our luggage had not arrived with us. I asked her if we could borrow pjs, and when we arrived, not only did she furnish us with pjs, but also other clothes to borrow as well as an array of toiletries. This was so comforting since we were very upset our luggage wasn't there, and we had absolutely nothing of use in our carry-on baggage. This vacation was an absolute joy and Karen't apt was a main reason. She even had the apt decorated for the holidays and that was a lovely, appreciated extra. We are never staying anywhere else in Kenmare. We are so grateful to have finally found the ultimate holiday rental.

LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN IN TEMPLENOE! We arrived to a beautifully presented apartment just a few minutes from Kenmare town and were met by Karen and Patrick. A little piece of heaven

We came to Ireland for only 5 whirlwind days so only 1 night here, but the 1 night was amazing! We arrived quite late, but Karen made sure to stop by to check on us. This apartment is lovely and equipped with everything. The view is spectacular! Next time we visit, I know where we'll come directly and certainly stay longer!
