Accommodation:
This is a large spacious and very impressive house. Everything about it is tasteful and has been carefully designed and selected to ensure maximum enjoyment and comfort during your stay. When you enter the main front door there is a cosy sitting room area closed off from the rest of the house with a sliding door. This is the perfect place for taking time out in the evenings to cosy up in front of the fire with a good book or a movie.
One of the bedrooms is downstairs and it has its own ensuite shower room.
The rest of the ground floor is made up of a large open plan living room cum dining room cum kitchen area - the perfect space to enjoy your holiday. This area opens out onto the outside patio areas almost bringing the "outside" "inside" and creating a bright, airy, spacious, cosy and comfortable feel to the house. The kitchen is bright and modern and has been equipped with every appliance you could possibly need to cater for everyone during your stay.
The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs - all bedrooms have double beds in them however there are beds and space to accommodate up to 12 people in this house as there are two double sofa beds in the "den" area upstairs.

The "den" upstairs has been created with the youngsters in mind to give them their own space within this ideal family home. It has its own TV and beanbags for quiet relaxation away from everyone else.

Golfers can enjoy a choice of world-class golf courses including, Parknasilla, the Ring of Kerry, Waterville and Killarney. Palms and grassy beach paths enhance the Iveragh Peninsula as the Ring of Kerry passes through Sneem and Kenmare, skimming the sheltered Kenmare Bay.

This richly wooded area, brushed by the warm Gulf Stream, provides a plethora of sandy beaches. Visitors can take to the water to kayak, fish, swim, dive and sail, while the rugged mountains attract adventurers. Guests can explore the Bay's rich marine habitat, including one of Ireland's largest seal colonies. The colourful town of Sneem is steeped in history, and its surrounding hills are mapped out in the Fermoyle loop walk. There is an approved Riding Stables in the vicinity providing pleasure trips throughout the scenic countryside. Abundant with rainbow trout, Lough Fadda is situated 4.8km from Sneem.
