"Recommend it"
I’ve stayed with my partner on Wednesday 23rd September for one night. The customer service was great, especially the lovely girl at the desk as I rang in advance if we could check in a bit earlier. We were checked in with no problem and no prepayment! The room wasn’t big enough but it was clean, spotless and tidy. We also got a complimentary sanitizer which is so handy for travelers. We had a bed and breakfast rate which was cheap enough if to compare with the city center’s rates. The breakfast was great as well. Housekeeper’s were friendly and nice. We were not hungry enough in the evening so we went to the restaurant to get some starters and desert. The only disappointing thing was garlic bread as it wasn’t fresh enough and no garlic taste at all... But the pudding with ice…

"Very accommodating"
Stayed at the Flannerys Hotel for almost a week. The reason I chose this hotel was it is 2 minutes from the hospice, also the reviews. The positive reviews are 100% correct. The hotel is impeccable, everyone of the staff were friendly especially Kleem, The breakfast was plentiful, plus a good range to choose from. I realise your not running a charity, but my sisters were locked out of their room , they were informed it was because the bill was over €500, I was the one that booked the hotel, I was never informed of this policy. The reason we were there was because our sister was dying in the hospice. I recommend you make your policy clear when booking, as we were already dealing with unimaginable stress at that time, without being embarrassed and inconvenienced. Patricia Rennie.

"Fantastic Stay"
Just back from a weekend at Flannerys. We had a fantastic stay, rooms immaculate, they are very Covid aware and I felt very confident with all the procedures in place. We ate both nights in Frankies, service was excellent as was the food.
Special thanks to Roderick and all the staff including Thomas at Reception and Claire in Frankies - thanks for a great stay guys!
