Lock View is a lovely three-storey house nestled in Gargrave, in the Craven district of North Yorkshire. Set over three floors, the property has four bedrooms: one ground-floor super-king-size double (zip/link), one first-floor king-size double with en-suite shower, one second-floor twin (zip/link) with en-suite shower, and a second-floor super-king-size double with en-suite bathroom, together sleeping eight guests. There is a family bathroom and ground-floor cloakroom to serve. Downstairs has a kitchen/diner and a first-floor sitting room with an electric fire. Outside provides an enclosed patio area with furniture and hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking. Lock View is the ultimate holiday destination for those seeking to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

Area
Gargrave is a large village and civil parish resting in the Craven district of North Yorkshire. Situated on the outskirts of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, you are well-placed for accessing a number of trails for walking, hiking, cycling and even mountain biking. Further afield is the bustling market town of Skipton which has a number of popular tourist attractions that are well-worth the visit.

From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 6 x TV with Freeview, Wifi. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. off road parking for 2. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Enclosed patio area with hot tub and furniture. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. No stag/hen or similar. Note: Out of respect for neighbors this property is not suitable for loud/late night parties. Note: The hot tub is for use between the hours of 8am and 8pm, after which time it will automatically turn off. This is to show consideration to the neighbours and maintain the peaceful surroundings. PLEASE NOTE: There are currently some emergency works being undertaken on the nearby Lock - As a result of this the view is affected and there may be some minor disturbance such as some noise heard from machinery or vehicles This is expected to be completed before the end of May 2022.
