We had a wonderful time in a beautiful and well maintained property. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us a great welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cottage, situated in a lovely village, excellent village shop and butchers, owners next door friendly and helpful, yet unobtrusive. Very well appointed accommodation with everything we could think of needing and more.

We all had an excellent holiday, the facilities were great. We had a small problem with the toilet during our visit and the landlord was quick to respond and quickly resolved it. Its a beautiful cottage with amazing views and great location for both the coast and walks in the moors.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Limber View. The cottage and gardens are beautiful and there was so much attention to detail, we could not have wished for anything more. We were left a delicious chocolate cake by the owners, who introduced themselves to show us around the cottage and answer any questions we may have had, and then left us to our own privacy. The location of the cottage for us was great, very quiet and lovely scenery. We had a meal in the village pub one night, which was delicious, and there are some lovely pubs in the neighbouring villages. Fantastic - would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic location, real bonus to see steam trains running through the valley at the bottom of the field. Accomodation well appointed, very spacious, owners helpful but not intrusive, would thoroughly recommend.

The property was pretty much as described and we soon felt at home. It would have been good to know that the heating was controlled by the thermostat but we soon fathomed that out. There was hardly anything that we needed apart from the obvious things such as food and drink, and the owners were handy in case of any questions we had.

The accommodation was absolutely brilliant - your brochure truly did not do it justice! The bedrooms were all incredibly spacious, all facilities were of a very high standard and the setting was just breathtaking. A superb garden, but for privacy freaks - the public footpath through the garden could have been off-putting, and wasn’t mentioned in your information.

A beautiful property, the brochure photographs did not do it justice. Very comfortable accommodation.

Superb location although a little too far out of the village to walk to & from shop/pub. Beautiful large garden with good seating areas. Easy vehicle access & more than adequate parking. Plenty of space in all rooms, good & varied entertainment unit, equipment (kitchen/dining) sufficient to cope with a lot more people.

It was a well appointed property. Beautiful location, quiet and furnished, although not the most well equipped property in relation to kitchen equipment.

The owners had obviously thought about people living and enjoying the property rather than it just being a source of income.

Just the most beautiful location, showing the countryside off at its finest. The cottage was superbly equipped and comfortable, the accommodation being of the highest standard and beyond our expectations - one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we would not hesitate to recommend the place and the area to everyone - blissful!

Great log fire for the evenings with plenty of logs available. The owners parents lived next door and were extremely helpful without being obtrusive, we were allowed to stay longer on our final day as no one was following. A home made chocolate cake was waiting for us on our arrival first class.
