*This home is spread over two floors so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*There’s a separate lodge on the grounds that may be occupied during your stay. You’ll have exclusive use of the estate facilities, but the driveway is shared with the lodge.
*Your host provides guests with a luxury hamper.
*The log wall in the sitting room and the logs outside are purely ornamental. Your host provides two baskets of logs for your use.
