The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, separate drinks fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, woodburning stove and a dining area. The bedrooms include a double with TV and a twin (zip/link) with TV, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a private patio with furniture, off-road parking, communal grounds with lakes, picnic areas and on-site facilities. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub, fuel, bed linen, towels and power are included in rent. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV, 1 x twin with TV (zip/link, can be king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, (with grab rail), basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. TV downstairs has BT Entertainment Package including Netflix, Prime Video and Now TV. WIFI and selection of games. Parking is available but not allocated One well-behaved pet is welcome however smoking is not tolerated. Lantern House is a splendid escape, whatever time of year. Note: Once capacity is reached in the pool it will be admission on a one in one out basis. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Note: The gym and additional facilities and activities such as scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire, etc are available at additional cost, payable on-site.

In easy reach of the excitement of Scarborough and the scenic wonder of Flamborough, Filey makes a wonderful base at any time of year.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
