Watch Athen’s street life unfold from the sunny balcony of this stylish apartment set in the well-heeled and oh-so-central Kolonaki district. Famed for its shopping, drinking, and clubbing destinations, this neighbourhood buzzes with happening cafes and restaurants. Follow the hipsters down at the historic Kolonaki Square for much coffee sipping and people-watching. Then shop till you drop in high-end independent boutiques nearby. Or, for something more cultural, call in on the Natural History Museum or Benaki Museum for a hefty dose of Greek and Byzantine art.

Back home, interiors are as chic as they come, with blue accents adding warm pops of colour and glorious parquet wooden flooring unifying the space. Well suited to friends or couples sharing, bedrooms are spaced apart to give everyone that little extra privacy and there's two seperate shower rooms, so you can be up and at' em in no time here. While over in the open-concept living area, there's plenty of room to get together. Spill out around the table for lazy breakfasts of flaky bougatsa’s and freshly brewed coffees with the balcony doors open wide to let the sunshine in.
