Stayed here for a night with some friends after playing The Dooks Golf club, and we could not have had a better place to stay. We came in from a cold days golf in October to a lovely warm room, which is spotlessly clean. Spotless bathroom with power showers and a heated towel rack was very much welcomed.

Breakfast the next morning was the obligatory full Irish and it was one of the best I have ever had.

On a side note, the couple who run it accommodated us with a change in our booking at short notice, so it's definitely 5 stars from all of us.

The view from my room could not be any better, Rossbeigh beach was directly below with the sound of the waves crashing in on the beach making it very relaxing. The room was really spacious and the ensuite bathroom was spotless. My bed also was extremely comfortable and clean with lovely soft duvet and pillows. The dining room also looked out over the beach, breakfast was cooked to perfection and served by Brenda or Michael who chatted to me in a very friendly manner. It is definitely one of the best places I have stayed in on my travels around Ireland in recent years.

"Excellent value"
Wonderful views from the building. The accommodation was very comfortable - bright and clean with cheerful decor - in a superb location overlooking Rossbeigh beach. I was impressed by the fact that the dining room was open all day for tea/coffee/hot chocolate/snackbars. The breakfast was excellent. I would be delighted stay again

I stayed here with a few friends and would highly recommend. Brenda and family were so lovely, house was spotless and the waves crashing when sleeping is amazing. Breakfasts were fantastic and the location is spot on! Definitely will be taking a trip back to this majestic spot!

The beach is 50m away. Warm welcome from the host. Room is neat and clean.
The Host is full of attention on our comfort. We really enjoyed our stay.
