Great birthday stay with our family. Glad to see safety gates for stairs and fire. We stayed in the Clover cottage. Lovely walks around the area. Play park could be updated. Sadly never got to the hot tub which was a big regret. Would love to go back! Love the gated community

“Fabulous cottage in the heart of the countryside” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 13 June 2015 This is our second visit to Clover Cottage, we first visited 2 years ago. Clover cottage is one of 4 cottages set in private grounds with electric security gates. The cottage is very comfortable and equipped and outfitted to a very high standard with everything that you could wish for. WiFi is now available throughout the cottage, and is very reliable. Ideal location if you wish a quiet rural setting. Please note it is isolated and a car journey is required to the nearest village. There are lots to do and see all within a 50 mile radius. Lots of walks, cycling, canoeing, fishing on the doorstep. Will definitely be back again, cannot recommend the property too highly.

“Peace, Tranquility and fun”
Spent two nights in the Shamrock Cottage in July. We enjoyed the peace and quiet plus location right on the Lough shore. The three teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the location too and had fun swimming and kayaking for most of the two days. The shoreline was approximately 30 metres from the cottage. The Cottage itself had an elevated view onto the lake which, was a great view anytime of day. Facilities were top notch in the cottage, everything you could think of. The wood burner came in handy at night as we played boardgames keeping us all warm and cosy. The bedrooms were roomy and had great views of the Lough and countryside. Towels were supplied although we brought our own for when kayaking down by the Loughshore. Anita the owner gives us a full rundown on tourism and activities brief which was handy. Parking was no problem and directions easy to follow. There was plenty of trees and shrubs between cottages to still give you a sense of privacy, I believe there is three other cottages onsite. We had three adults and three teenagers in our group and the cottage more than met our needs. The first day we ate Chinese from the takeaway in Belleek which was tasty, second day we ate out in The Mayfly Inn in Kesh, the food there was average in our opinion and priced reasonably. Would we stay at the Shamrock Cottage again? Most definitely! Oh has wifi and sky TV too!
