Being centrally located this is an ideal base to explore the island. Visit the SSSI Llyn Alaw Reservoir, Anglesey s largest lake, with bird hides, trails and trout fishing. Walk the coastal path, enjoy a game of golf or join the cycle routes amongst stunning scenery. Pop to coastal Rhosneigr, with two broad, sandy beaches famous for wild windsurfing, kitesurfing, family sailing and sea fishing. Red Wharf Bay, Benllech and Moelfre are a must. Go to the Transport Museum, famous motor racing circuit or Go Karting at Cartio Mon. Enjoy a range of attractions such as Holyhead Maritime Museum, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Pili Palas, Amlwch Copper Kingdom, Beaumaris Castle and the five historic lighthouses. Just perfect to relax, enjoy the culture or be active. Enjoy stylish interiors, period features, natural light flooding into the rooms and wonderful views from the picture windows as you explore this welcoming farmhouse. The family kitchen/diner has been thoughtfully designed to create a social space to rustle up a meal with your local purchases from the island. Relax in the chair with a recipe book or watch the cookery programme on TV to inspire your menu. The kitchen is well equipped with the two electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the thoughtful little extras. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together and embrace the views. The lounge has been beautifully furnished with sumptuous sofas, interesting artefacts, Smart TV/DVD, board games and a wood burner for cosy nights in. Walk from the hall, with Victorian tiles and feature stained glass, through to the ground floor bedroom, a beautiful family room with a double and two single beds. Also on the ground floor, you'll find a shower room with shower and WC, and utility with a second fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are five fabulous bedrooms to choose from, four of which have en suite shower rooms with shower and WC; the Master family suite with a king and two single beds; a king room with additional single bed; a super king bedroom which can be set as a twin on request, and a double bedroom. You will also find a triple room with three single beds which has exclusive use of the stylish bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower and WC. All bedrooms have been designed for a good night s sleep for your comfort. The house sits proudly in the garden mostly laid to lawn with far reaching views of the Snowdonia Mountain Range, perfect to embrace the views from the hot tub. Enjoy al fresco dining at the table and bench, maybe light the charcoal BBQ, or take morning coffee in the sunshine. There are swings are in the corner of the enclosed garden. There is also a useful bike store for cyclists and private parking for eight cars at the property with an EV Charge Point Pay as you go (VoltShare App), 7 kW, Type 2, tethered.
