You’re sure to feel your balance restored when staying at this home in Ibiza, surrounded by lush countryside with views of the rolling hills. Drive fourteen minutes to the gorgeous town of Santa Eulalia – wander along the famed promenade for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the glitzy marina to see the expensive yachts docked in the harbour. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or travel farther around the coast to the hippy markets in Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that Ibiza's only golf course is also in the area, so don't pass up a round of golf. When a beach day is on the cards, drive eight minutes to Es Figueral and stroll along the gorgeous soft sandy beach backed by cliffs, with beautifully shallow waves, and views over to Tagomago, a privately owned island.

Back at home, indulge yourself on the outdoor terraces and places to eat and drink – you may lose some members of the party, but we're sure you'll be reunited beneath the sun, relaxing on the loungers and being shaded by the cabanas, before a dip in the pool – the ideal spot to spend long, summer days. The lounge and bedrooms include traditional exposed beams and a palette of vibrant yet earthy colours on the inside. When it comes to dinner, you'll be split between the huge indoor kitchen, two dining rooms and the outside built-in brick barbecue with a covered terrace for alfresco dining. This is an undeniable Ibiza stay, surrounded by a bucolic retreat with enough greenery to be seen for days.
