Surrounded by cultural hotspots on all sides, this beautiful apartment in South Kensington has everything you need for a relaxing stay in London. With its tall ceilings, huge sash windows, wood floors and crystal chandelier, there’s a definite air of decadence to this home housed in a neoclassical building from the 1870s, paired with comfortable furnishings and a knock-out location. We love the bedrooms’ floor-to-ceiling windows and the living room’s elegant striped feature wall. With access to a shared gym, you can get mornings off to an invigorating start at home, or venture out to Hyde Park – fifteen minutes away – for an early stroll with a coffee from one of the many neighbouring cafes. Elsewhere, you’re just a four-minute walk from the Natural History Museum and an eight-minute walk from the Science Museum and the V&A, while both Knightsbridge and Chelsea are less than twenty minutes away on foot.

*Guests must provide a name, photo ID, and the credit card used to make the booking, and will be required to complete a security damage authorisation upon check-in
*At maximum capacity, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room
*A cot and a high chair are available on request
*You'll have access to a 24-hour reception and concierge, as well as a housekeeping service and linen changes
*The master bedroom's super-king bed can be prepared as to two singles if needed – just ask your host when booking
*The gym is shared with the other residents
*There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of London's excellent public transport instead – Gloucester Road station is a ten-minute walk away
