Graigue Farm Cottage: Limerick

Holiday home
Set in the grounds of the owners working dairy farm, this delightfully spacious County Limerick cottage offers a very modern interior. This is a fabulous cottage in one of Ireland's prettiest villages yet it is ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as the city of Limerick which is just a few miles away.

“The Cottage was lovely.” And Brian the owner was friendly chap. It was clean. The only faults were we had to pay for the gas and electricity. And the log burner was slow T getting going.

“We had a wonderful week at this very delightful farm cottage.” It is in a beautiful, peaceful farm setting surrounded by trees and green pastures with dairy cows but less than 5 minutes away from the village of Adare and major highway access to nearby attractions. Our hosts were very welcoming and the cottage was comfortable and well equipped with comfortable furnishings, linen and dishes, dishwasher and washer and dryer etc, Parking was right outside the door. We also enjoyed the warm welcome from farm dog, Miller, a charming border collie who often stopped by to say hello and enjoy some pets and attention. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely cottage being old on the outside yet modern on the inside. A lovely area to stay in. Owners very friendly. Have already booked to return next year.

Loved every aspect of our holiday. The cottage suited our family of five perfectly with respect to location, size and all needs being met. Adare was a fantastic location to explore the west coast of Ireland. The cottage owner was always available and accommodating to any questions or needs. We hated leaving this perfect getaway!

This was my ideal holiday cottage - modern amenities but in a rural location full of character. Our two nieces loved being on the farm, there was lots of places to explore and safe areas to play in. They enjoyed the chance to watch the milking of the cows and especially the company of Miller, the farm dog who was everybody's best friend. Everyone at the Farmhouse itself was very friendly too, and we were made to feel very welcome.

This was our first visit to Eire. We were very impressed by the hospitality provided by all we met. The cottage was first class, we wanted for nothing. The quality of the main roads were excellent - quiet and extremely well maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Graigue Farm Cottage, the cottage was outstanding. It encompassed modern conveniences with up to date decor. Our compliments to the owners on the presentation and his helpful advice on local attractions and roadways was most appreciated. Thank you Sykes/Hogans!
