The paradise holiday home, surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, is set on the water's edge and within 1 kilometre of the town of Glengarriff. With a generous area of 3,500 sq., the stylish interior is finished to the highest specification and finishes.

Extensive outdoor terraces, floor to ceiling conservatory windows, and a raised and glassed-in upper patio maximise the scenic environment. The living and dining areas ooze opulence, warmth and comfort with luxury cabinets, a granite centre island and an Aga cooker featured in the kitchen.

The sleeping accommodation is impressive as all four bedrooms are en-suite and each has a walk-in wardrobe. They consist of 3 double rooms (extra-large double beds) and one twin room.

To further enhance the enjoyment of Glengarriff House, visitors have full use of the owner's kayaks which can be launched on the property. The children's toy room is also fully stocked with toys for all ages and the book shelves are stocked with a large variety of books, videos and DVDs. The stereo system works with i-pod players only. There is also a large BBQ for guests use.

The house is located 1km from the famous town of Glengarriff and in close range to the magnificent local natural attractions of Garnish Island and local nature reserves.

The market town of Bantry is only a short drive away.
