Favola is cute inside, but its real draw comes from the location. It’s across the street from the award-winning Bosco Verticale, and the balcony offers an unparalleled view of the two verdant towers. Throw in a perfect framing of the Unicredit tower from the other balcony, and you have a tantalising proposition. Given how close the flat is to the latter tower, and the financial district that surrounds it, it’s easy to see how it could be a fantastic option for a business trip.


Home truths:
*The living room is quite small, and doesn't have enough seats should the flat be full
*We found some damage to the plaster in both bathrooms
*One person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, but folded out, it takes up pretty much the whole space
*The king bed in the master bedroom is comprised of two adjoined single ones
*All mattresses are on the soft side of the spectrum
