Dublin Victorian Townhouse: Dublin

Stylish character filled Victorian City Centre period home on 3 levels

Beautiful Dublin 7 historic home, just a short stroll from the city centre, Trinity College, Temple Bar and all the major tourist attractions, yet in a quiet, tree lined residential street. The house retains numerous period features and is perfectly placed to explore the numerous attractions which Dublin has to offer.

Recently refurbished, it is bright and airy, retaining numerous features of the Victorian period, such as high ceilings, fireplaces and stained glass doors.
The entire house is available, on three levels, which is an unusual design, but typical of the Victorian villa style house of the period. It comprises 2 spacious double bedrooms, tastefully furnished with antiques in keeping with the Victorian period. One of the bedrooms features a working Victorian fireplace. Shower room with Double shower.
The kitchen is bright and spacious, fully equipped and modern and there is a spacious reception/ drawing room with high ceiling and working fireplace. Delightful town patio garden to the rear.
It is within walking distance of all of the tourist and visitor attractions such as Trinity College, City Hall, Museums, Art Galleries, Theatre, the Jameson Distillery, the James Joyce centre and Georgian Dublin. Close to Dublin's finest restaurants, Temple Bar and the major shopping attractions. Canal walks and parks also nearby.
Beside bus stops and a Dublin Bikes Station, so you can easily access the Phoenix Park ( with the Zoological Gardens and Farmleigh House) and the National Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin. The coastal villages of Howth, Malahide and Dun Laoghaire are all within easy access by public transport. It is convenient to Dublin airport and, if you are bringing your own car, to Dublin port (On Street Parking by arrangement in advance).

Lovely Georgian home right in the heart of Dublin. Arrived for a weekend stay with friends. Full of rustic old world charm yet very well equipped throughout. Definitely recommended!
