Just a few minutes' walk from the heart of Leamington Spa, you'll find this lovely apartment on a side street. Admire this spa town's Regency architecture or stroll along the River Leam. Further afield, Warwick Castle is 6 kilometres away, while Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, is 15 kilometres from this home. Housed in a period building, we love the character features, such as the bay windows in the bedroom, while the open plan living space has French doors and a Juliet balcony.
