This residence, a detached private house constructed in 2000, is situated in a peaceful setting with stunning views of both Dingle bay and the mountains. Forming part of the Wild Atlantic Way, and just a 5 minute walk from Dingle town.

Accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, kitchen / dining area, utility room, sitting room, downstairs toilet, and one double bedroom en-suite on the ground floor.

1st floor comprises of landing and two bedrooms, one king size room with en-suite and the second large bedroom contains double bed, single bed which is serviced by separate main bathroom with electric shower, bath, toilet & hand basin.

Facilities include, hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine; SAT / Cable TV with UK channels & DVD in sitting room; and T.V. in kitchen area with local channels, oil fired central heating, free wi-fi. There is ample car parking. Bed linen and towels supplied. Sleeps 7 persons maximum. No pets allowed.
