A very nice accommodation in a quiet location. Uncomplicated key handover, the owner was very nice and helpful. Restaurants, shops and shuttle bus all within walking distance.

Devondale Place was a great find. Needed to be near family for funeral & needed more than a motel could offer. The house was lovely & cosy. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a proper meal. Washing machine & dishwasher well used. Bedrooms comfortable &warm. Great showers &lovely deep bath. 2 minute walk to Supermarket.10 minute walk to Loch Leven where if you time it right you will catch amazing sunrises. I will definitely use this again. Very good stay.

Devonvale Place is a superbly appointed property that was immaculately clean. It was a great base for us whilst racing at Knockhill Circuit. It's close to a Sainsburys and is in a nice quiet estate. with easy access to the M90. The owner's communication was excellent. We will certainly be booking again!

Went for a weekend away in Edinburgh with our 3 teenage children - perfect place to stay for a family or a small group. Immaculate everywhere, got everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay !
