"Wonderful relaxing two night break"
This is a great location for a beautiful hotel overlooking the water, the hotel room felt like you are on a cruise ship. Due to Covid, you need to book your dining experience in the bar and restaurant in advance as well as the swimming pool. You can swim in the sea from the hotel which is very nice on a good day. We also did the seaweed bath which is very relaxing. There is a lovely cliff walk which loops from the hotel with wonderful cliff top views through Ardmore time.

"The views!"
First break in covid times. Felt very safe and cared for! Excellent standard of cleanliness. Incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful suite. Excellent breakfast. And of course....the views!!!!Ardmore, the village,is picture perfect. Short stroll from the door.

"Outstanding staycation"
Booked as a birthday gift for my girlfriend earlier in the year, due to Covid lockdown we couldn’t stay at the time,
Friendly Staff Helped arrange to stay once it reopened,
What a fantastic hotel, valet parking on arrival, quick and efficient check in and brought to a bright and airy room with a spectacular sea view.
Had dinner in the bar restaurant on both nights, couldn’t speak highly enough of the friendly staff and the food (champ was was mouthwatering, not the mention the desserts!)
Staff put our minds at ease with regards to covid, everyone had masks, hotel was spotlessly clean and sanitising stations located all over the hotel, breakfast was made to order so we didn’t have to book a slot like in other hotels and could eat when we wanted which I really liked and the breakfast variety was 10/10.
We did book time in the pool and this meant the pool area wasn’t overcrowded and we we able to enjoy the pool with the incredible views of Ardmore bay.
In my opinion this hotel was incredible and you get exactly what you pay for and more! We will definitely be back to cliff house and can’t wait to do so!

"Girls trip, cottage with a view"
I recently stayed in the Cliff House Cottage with 6 other ladies for a weekend break. The house was simply amazing from start to finish, over looking the Cliff House Hotel the views are something else. The beds are so comfortable, large master bedroom with ensuite just off spacious kitchen. Two smaller twin rooms down the hallway and one room with bunk beds (and a cot).
Also paid a trip to the spa and would highly recommend the Out to Sea treatment.

"Amazing view and even more amazing service"
We spent two nights at the Cliff House and the service was excellent. Our stay began when we were checking in and we learned that our reservation was a 3 1/2 hour drive away at their other property. This was a horrible situation. It was near 6 pm. And the hotel was full. Then General Manager Adriaan Bartels came to our rescue. He said that the four bedroom cottage could be made ready if were willing to wait a while. We spent an enjoyable hour or so on the balcony over looking the bay with a bottle of wine. Meanwhile they took our car to the cottage. The young man who escorted us to the cottage pointed out a historic walk nearby which went past St. Declans hermitage. We enjoyed that walk very much the next morning. Needless to say we are so very grateful to Mr. Bartels and his staff. It is easy to see why they have earned 5 Michelin Stars. The food was also very good.

"What a special and most memorable place!"
We stayed at The Cottage and truly enjoyed each and every minute! The view is spectacular and the accommodations were sprawling, spacious, cozy and comfortable all combined. Extremely family oriented. There is a large sitting area with fireplace, a TV room, a large master bedroom (with own bathroom) three additional spacious bedrooms and two additional full baths. It has a very large kitchen with every kitchen tool needed at your fingertips (we even made paninis one night!). There is a washer and dryer as well.

The views are stellar and it is just such a special retreat!
