But with the quaint village of Lakithra within easy ten minutes walking distance, you'll have the choice of appreciating the gorgeous vistas on your private resort at the villa or down on Lakithra Beach's sandy shores. The village also boasts a convenient local bakery, a mini-market, patisserie shop, as well as a few bars, restaurants and tavernas – perfect for evenings out.

Entertainment and leisure are at the core of what makes this villa so special. As guests get full private access to a huge lawned garden, with a swimming pool, terrace for lounging under the olive trees, an alfresco dining area and a huge basketball court – all of which are positioned to face the sparkling deep blue sea in the background.

While the exterior grounds are pretty incredible, you can have just as much fun inside the villa too – as there is a home fitness centre featuring gym equipment as well as a games area for a round of ping pong. If you're travelling as a family, you won't have to worry about keeping the kids as there are Smart TVs, a full stereo system and even a Nintendo Wii available to enjoy at your leisurely pleasure.

Since one of the bedrooms is housed in a separate annexe by the pool, it provides an idyllic space for those travelling with extended families or a nanny who may benefit from their own moments of privacy. The rest of the bedrooms are found in the main villa and present guests to relax in privacy for blissful moments of solitude.

Those lucky enough to bag themselves the main bedroom will have a suite like space with a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and separate balcony with a pergola and secluded seating area.
