Enjoy long woodland walks and strolls along the River Teifi right from your doorstep. Admire the abundance of surrounding nature, including red kites. Learn more about these magnificent birds, local wildlife and history at the Red Kite Centre and Museum just 8 miles north east. The historic university and market town of Lampeter is 3 miles away, has a strong textiles tradition and is home to the Welsh Quilt Centre. You will also find an array of independent shops and excellent eateries with plenty of homemade cakes. If you are feeling sporty, tee off at Cilgwyn Golf Club 3 miles north or enjoy an array of water sports at the many bays and beaches along the Cardigan Bay just 16 miles from this cottage. This fabulous home has multiple areas to socialise, relax and catch up with your family and friends. The entrance hallway has plenty of space to store your walking boots and coats before leading through to the heart of the home, the large kitchen/dining area. This room connects to a conservatory room at the back of the property and the comfortable living room, giving multiple options for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric range cooker with two ovens, a separate grill and a five ring hob, a dishwasher, a double fridge/freezer and a washing machine and dryer in the adjoining utility room. The dining table seats ten and is ideal for getting everyone together to enjoy family meals and celebrations or a hearty breakfast before a day of adventure. The bright and spacious conservatory, with underfloor heating that continues throughout the ground floor of the property, is a wonderful place to relax, share stories and catch up on old times. Those who prefer to catch up on their favourite TV programmes or watch a movie can do so in the neighbouring living room on the Smart TV, and if it s cold outside, you ll love the flame effect fire which changes colour. There is no need to quarrel over what to watch, with a second TV/games room downstairs, this room includes an L shape sofa, TV with DVD player and DVDs, board games and an Xbox to keep people entertained. There is one ground floor double bedroom to the front of the property next to the WC. With over 4 acres of land, you can have great fun setting up a family relay race or a game of rounders before relaxing in the hot tub while someone lights the BBQ. The patio has plenty of space and garden furniture for guests to dine outside together and soak up the tranquil surroundings of this amazing home.
