Cloth Workers Barn is a unique holiday home sleeping up to 6 adults, set in the grounds of the owner's 15th century yeoman's timber hall house. Converted by master craftsmen, this beautiful property has been styled beautifully ensuring guests have a comfortable and indulgent stay. The open plan living space has a vaulted ceiling and is heavily beamed. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and a wood burning stove to provide extra coziness. There are 3 double sized bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and the master bedroom has a Catchpole & Rye free-standing bath. Each bedroom also has a king-size bed and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts an Aga as well as a conventional hob and oven. There is a small beech hedge screened garden with garden furniture and use of the owner's large garden to wander around. Use of the owners' pool weekdays 9-4pm & weekends 9-1pm. Guests can walk to the nearest pub in Smarden.

Notes: Located in grounds of owner's house and along side 2 small holiday cottages (Weavers Cottage and Spinster's Nook). Babes in arms welcome but please bring your own travel cot. No children under 12 years due to unfenced pond with ducks and 1 goose, outside property. The owner has 2 small dogs. Not suitable for Hen or Stag groups.
