A stylish contemporary kitchen with open plan living space allows family and friends to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach or a cycle down the Tarka Trail. Instow also has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and has a local shop, it is close to the Tarka Trail which is excellent for cycling or walking. The surfing beach at Westward Ho! is within 5 miles and local attractions including The Milkyway, The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor are all within a short drive.
