Overview

Captains Rest at the top of the town is just a short stroll to all Dingle has to offer including fabulous restaurants, friendly pubs, art galleries and unique shops. This cosy home has five spacious bedrooms over three floors, a large kitchen/diner and sunny courtyard.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms on the first floor which include the master bedroom with sea views and an ensuite and two double rooms with views across green fields. On the top floor there is a double room and a twin room. All the bedrooms are carpeted and have quality duvan beds dressed in white fresh linen, storage units, beside lockers and lamps.

Bathrooms

Captains Rest has a downstairs toilet off the entrance hall and three more bathrooms on the upper floors. The first floor has a family bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet tiled from floor to ceiling on a modern beige tile. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, sink & toilet and upstairs there is another bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet



Living Room

The beige and blue lounge has super comfortable couches, a soft plush carpet & rug, flat screen TV, DVD player, nautical books, an electric stove/fire and subtle lighting.



Kitchen / Diner

The bright kitchen has all your culinary needs, a TV for entertainment while cooking and a large island. The dining table seats six and the island seats four totalling dining for ten guests. Its a lovely space thats leads out to the courtyard. The kitchen includes an electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine, dryer in the utility room.



Outside Space

There is a paved and stone patio leading off the kitchen/diner with alfresco dining, mini kids picnic table and a gas BBQ.
