If you aren’t taking a refreshing dip, you can be enjoying a coffee with your feet up, flicking through the pages of a magazine as the delicate sound of birdsong fills the silence around you. At night, the surrounding gardens are lit with the amber glow of the garden lights and the warmth of the glowing sunset. Dine alfresco for a romantic ambience, as the spectacular views across the Romagna hills and the Adriatic Sea disappear into dusk.
