Brownes Farmhouse: Waterford

Brownes Farm House is a Self Catering / Vacation rental in Co Waterford Ireland. Recently, refurbished the house originally dates from 1870. It has lovely sea views of the Atlantic with great beaches and walks to enjoy. We are in a rural setting in the Co Waterford Gaeltacht. The perfect place to enjoy the Irish culture and language and de- stress. Full internet access, all modern conveniences, accommodates up to 12. The scenery is beautiful. Activity holidays for groups arranged.

We stayed here in April this year couldn't recommend this place highly enough.The host Naoive was second to none with a beautiful home made pavlova in the fridge on our arrival.There was a big group of us from very young to not so young and each and everyone of us enjoyed it thoroughly.Any queries we had about activities in the area Naoive was at the end of the phone.The house is magnificent really spacious and the kitchen was a lovely place to enjoy family time.Will definitely return.

I was here for a weekend with friends, the place is stunning, clean and in beautiful surrounds. The kitchen is top notch which is great when cooking for a lot there and the bedrooms are all clean and very generously proportioned.

The thing that tops this one off though is the host, she's fantastic and runs the place really well, welcomes you then leaves you to it.

Would recommend / would book myself next time!

"Fabulous"

Brownes Farm House is absolutely fabulous. I stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend and we absolutely loved it. We received more than we expected with some lovely welcoming touches. Naoive couldn't have done enough for us. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want. I would highly recommend it. Family members used to visit this house in the 1960's so thanks to Naoive for welcoming them back,it was great for them to take a trip down memory lane.

"The whole "Brownes" experience was lovely"

We returned from Brownes farmhouse on Friday after a lovely weeks stay. The house is just lovely. It was immaculate throughout and was a lovely size for our family of 12. It's all very modern with a lovely country feel and provides all the facilities you could need. There were cots and highchairs for little ones, games and books to keep the big kids happy and a well stocked kitchen to look after a large family with a dishwasher and everything you could need. The garden is spacious and a lovely area for the kids to play. There's a couple of beaches nearby which we could run to, 1 of which we were able to climb some rocks when the tide was out and find a little secluded beach. The whole "Brownes" experience was lovely from the homemade pavlova on arrival to the locally made soaps in the bathrooms. Thanks to Naoive and Paul for being so welcoming. We'll be sure to stay again if ever we return to Ireland.Ni bheidh a leitheid ann aris!! 5 *accommodation . Go raibh Mile maith agat.
