Brandy Cream: Lombardy

Brandy Cream is all about the location and the great service from its host. It is located between Quadrilatero della Moda and the park by Porta Venezia, which houses various museums and the planetarium, and with Brera and the Duomo both easily reachable on foot. Despite this, the street is very quiet so you shouldn’t be disturbed by revelry during the night. With regards to design, Brandy Cream is slightly predictable, perhaps reminiscent of a high end hotel, and the place could use a bit of soul, but that is mainly because everything is very clean and new.


Home truths:
*While the host is happy to accept four guests, the sofa bed is quite small so we'd recommend a maximum of three people at any one time
*The shower is only 190cm high so tall guests should be ready to duck
*The apartment feels a bit hotel-like - it's clear it isn't a lived-in home
