Aust is a small village in South Gloucestershire that is close to the old market towns of Thornbury, Olveston, and Old Down. It is situated close to the River Severn's edge. The village, which dates back to the year 793, now has a service station where you can buy basic necessities as well as a wide range of dining options, including the Miller and Carter at Cribbs Causeway, the White Hart at Littleton-on-Severn, and the Boars Head at Aust. The village is also reachable for a number of delivery takeaways. It is also conveniently close to the Severn Beach train station, where you can take walks along the River Severn and take in the breathtaking sunsets.
