Luxury spacious 3 Bed all ensuite house ( ca 2,000 sq feet / 186 sq Meters ) just 13 mins walk to the centre of Waterville Village.

Situated on it's own very private grounds, enter via a 100 M tree lined entrance, with unique stone wall perimeter overlooking the Kerry mountains and views over Lough Currane.

Downstairs has 9' ceilings and the two main bedrooms have Super King (6'0") double beds, ensuite and walk in wardrobes.
