The dining room is an impressive place for a feast, and the home is staffed with a chef to introduce you to high-end Highland cuisine. Afterwards, play billiards in the games room, find a cosy nook for reading or practice your Highland fling in front of a roaring fire. Outside, the options continue – light a crackling bonfire in private woodland or practice fly fishing at the estate's lochan, which feeds off the River Don. The house is in good company with Balmoral just 8 miles away, and Aberdeenshire's golf courses are some of the best in Scotland. It's also located within the Cairngorms National Park, so, depending on the season, you could find yourself hiking, kayaking or skiing within five minutes of leaving home.
