Barn in South Wales: Bridgend

Just metres from the doorstep of this stunning luxury property is a 14 mile heritage coastal walk stretching from Aberthaw to Porthcawl. With several recommended walking and cycling routes, you can truly appreciate the breathtaking views, secluded coves and plunging cliffs. Stop off for a pint or a cup of tea along the way at some of the local rustic pubs and cafes. The beach at Ogmore by Sea is just 5 miles north; with its expansive golden sands and rock pools, it s a perfect place for family days out. The River Ogmore which joins the sea here is very popular with anglers and attracts a wealth of wildlife throughout the year including a wide variety of birds. Enjoy a wide range of independent shops and restaurants 10 miles north east in the beautiful market town of Cowbridge. Access the farm building through the designated door and head along the corridor where you ll find another door that leads to the staircase to this fabulous first floor apartment. Turn right at the top of the staircase into the stunning, bright and spacious open plan living area with amazing sea views. The sumptuous, soft sofa invites you to sit and enjoy these splendid sea views for as long as you wish and at night time, leave the windows open while you enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean while you curl up to watch a movie on the Smart TV. The beautiful mosaic tiled kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher: everything you need to create a tasty home from home meal that can be enjoyed whilst discussing the day's adventures at the farmhouse kitchen style dining table. You also have a breakfast bar with three stools from which you can enjoy your morning coffee and pastry whilst deciding where to visit next. The stylish double bedroom which leads off from the living area allows you to enjoy those starry nights through its skylight and incorporates a Smart TV, plenty of storage and an en suite shower room with a large double headed shower and WC. Head back across the landing, past the stairs and in front of you, you will see the super cute and cosy bunk snug. Turn right into the second bedroom, another wonderfully decorated room with superb sea views and a very inviting king size bed, chest of drawers, Smart TV and an en suite shower room with a large double headed shower and WC. There is no private outside area to this property but just on the other side of the surrounding wall is the public footpath and clifftop, and there is also an on site café and bar with indoor and outdoor seating (check website for opening times). This is a complex of three properties, please find below the links to the Farmhouse and Nash.
