We are an award winning private estate that has been hosting families, groups, corporates and weddings on an exclusive basis since 2003. And now we are opening the property to a variety of different size groups on either a self-catering, part catered or fully catered basis.

Depending on the size of your group, we can offer you:

- Manor House (partial) rental - 2 Wings of the Manor House for your private use – approximately 10,000 square feet. The 8 ensuite bedrooms sleep 16 people but will actually sleep up to 19 adults + 2 extra children (supplements
apply).

- Exclusive Manor House - the entire Manor House includes 14 ensuite bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, a Ballroom, a private bar and large multi-functional room. Perfect for a large family gathering or event.

- Exclusive Estate - the entire Estate consisting of the Manor House plus the Stone Cottage and/or Coach House. Up to 22 ensuite bedrooms available sleeping up to 54 people. This option is also available for Weddings and Corporate events where we can host up to 80 people. We also have our own onsite Chefs and staff to cater to your needs.

The Estate is set within a walled garden with 10-foot high stone walls and 40 acres of woodland - and you will have access to fields, river, boat jetty, kayaks and walks in our forest – while having the premier tourist town, Kinsale, only 5 minutes drive away.
